Lead data governance, advise on global privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), develop compliance frameworks and training, monitor regulatory risks, and support incident and risk management.

Own post-sales enablement for Client Strategy: build content, training, coaching, and measurement to improve retention and growth. Develop onboarding, playbooks, and ongoing training; embed coaching and track enablement metrics. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM to translate priorities into usable tools and programs.

Drive brand growth by prospecting, pitching, demoing, and closing B2B SaaS subscriptions for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. Manage full sales cycle, negotiate deals and insertion orders, hit quota, and hand off clients to onboarding and success teams.
