Front-desk role supporting an optical center: greet patients, answer phones, book and confirm appointments, process transactions and medical billing, manage patient records, operate office and optical equipment, and perform other administrative duties.

Provide customer and patient service for eyewear selection, ordering, dispensing, repairs and adjustments. Complete pre-screening, prepare lab work orders, process medical billing, maintain frame inventory, and assist optometrist with screenings and case histories. Perform merchandising, account balancing, and operate optical equipment and cash register.

Provide full-cycle HR support for corporate and center teams including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, policy compliance, performance management, and HR project assistance.
