The Senior Accountant supports general accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, reserves, accruals, audits, and financial controls. The role researches US GAAP and IFRS requirements, prepares reporting schedules, investigates variances, maintains ledger integrity, and collaborates cross-functionally on accounting initiatives. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification or eligibility, 3–5 years of accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Supports corporate and field HR operations through employee relations, policy compliance, performance programs, benefits enrollment, recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent management. Develops and facilitates orientation and compliance training, advises managers on hiring processes, maintains HR policies, assists with investigations, and contributes to HR projects. The hybrid role requires three onsite days weekly at the Green Bay, Wisconsin office, with occasional travel to support company objectives.
