Manage complex digital and technology projects for key retail clients. Responsibilities include supporting Sales with technical demos, advising client marketing leaders, coordinating internal teams and third parties, tracking delivery progress, managing risks and changes, and ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, scope, targets, and budgets.

Analyze campaign data from Tableau and internal databases, prepare customer-facing presentations, communicate actionable insights, and identify market trends and changes in customer expectations. The role requires strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, along with fluent Italian and good English.

Manage customer accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, reconciliations, payment allocations, billing discrepancies, aging reports, and credit notes across European operations. Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers, collaborate with Sales and Account Management, support cash forecasting, month-end and year-end close, audits, internal controls, and process improvements.
