Develop and deploy AI-powered capabilities across product and business teams. Act as a forward-deployed engineer, embedding with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams to introduce agentic methodologies, support AI adoption, shape the company platform and strategy, and translate learnings into scalable solutions. The role emphasizes production-quality code, business impact, adaptability, collaboration, and effective work in a global distributed environment.

Own digital campaign projects and serve as the primary contact for client accounts. Develop campaign strategies and briefs, coordinate internal and external teams, monitor performance, create reports and presentations, solve client issues, build trusted relationships, and identify upselling opportunities. The role requires strong German and English communication, organized project management, client-facing confidence, and familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, and collaboration tools.

Maintain and evolve FAdmin, a mission-critical Ruby on Rails flyer processing system, and related Content Platform tools. Deliver roadmap features end to end, support service desk requests, use AI coding agents to improve delivery and code quality, write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. The role requires production software development experience, relational database and SQL expertise, and strong English communication.
