Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims, review medical records, prepare for hearings, maintain accurate client records, collaborate with attorneys and judges, and provide empathetic client support while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Lead and grow the Nevada Workers' Compensation division: supervise attorneys and staff, maintain an active caseload, handle hearings and litigation, develop SOPs/KPIs, mentor team members, ensure case quality and compliance, and collaborate with intake, operations, and leadership to scale the practice.

Manage a high-volume workers' compensation caseload from intake through resolution; attend hearings and mediations; communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court; collaborate on case strategy and trial preparation; maintain proactive client communication and case management with support staff.
