Welcomes visitors and clients, manages incoming calls, answers questions, schedules appointments, distributes mail and deliveries, and assists with routine documents and correspondence. The role requires professional communication, customer service, confidentiality, basic computer proficiency, and preferably bilingual Spanish and English skills.
