Supports attorneys with litigation and discovery projects by preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings and discovery materials, reviewing and summarizing evidence, researching public and case-related information, coordinating witnesses and records, maintaining case calendars, updating clients and teams, assisting with trials, and managing litigation databases and documents. Provides mentorship to staff paralegals and may travel to client offices, vendors, and trial locations.

Manages complex litigation projects from planning through completion, including budgets, case strategy, technical research, document analysis, discovery, expert and witness preparation, and client communications. Provides litigation guidance to attorneys, clients, experts, and case teams; develops cost-effective processes; monitors case status; prepares presentations and work product; and assists with trials. Requires travel to client offices, vendors, and trial locations, often with minimal notice.

Provides multi-jurisdictional litigation docketing and calendaring services. Reviews legal documents, enters deadlines, prepares case reports, responds to litigation team inquiries, researches court rules, resolves docketing anomalies, maintains process documentation, and supports legal operations. Requires strong data management, attention to detail, knowledge of federal, state, and local court procedures, and at least two years of litigation docketing experience or equivalent training.
