Manage incoming patent and trademark documents, calendar deadlines, create and maintain domestic and foreign IP records, prepare client reports, research prosecution issues, assist with annuities and database transfers, and support docketing process improvements.

Support litigation practice through all phases of litigation and trial preparation: large document production, discovery, interviewing witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings, subpoenaing records, and assisting with multi-party litigation matters. Travel is required.

Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys, paralegals, and analysts: manage calendars, enter time, handle phone reception, arrange travel, prepare and proofread legal correspondence and court/patent filings, perform document scanning/faxing/ECF transmittals, assist with filing deadlines, and mentor trainees.
