Own end-to-end UGC production for DACH clients, including creative concepting, scriptwriting, creator sourcing, briefing, feedback, workflow management, and deadline delivery. The role requires German fluency, TikTok-native creative judgment, AI-assisted production experience, strong operational systems thinking, and proactive management of creator and production risks. Compensation includes €40 hourly onboarding and project-based rates starting at €650.

Lead end-to-end short-form video production: originate concepts and scripts, manage creators and shoots, use AI-augmented tools, ensure 20-day delivery, give direct TikTok-native feedback, and refine modular ad systems for scalable testing.
