Leads business development and strategic growth for Shook’s Mid-Atlantic water resources and industrial markets. Develops business plans, manages sales pipelines and project pursuits, cultivates client relationships, promotes alternative delivery methods, supports recruiting, and partners with marketing on campaigns and brand development. The role also provides pursuit coaching, market insights, forecasting, CRM optimization, and client engagement leadership.

Provides reception and general office administration, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail, maintaining office and kitchen areas, ordering supplies, coordinating travel and events, supporting onboarding, processing expenses, and liaising with building services, IT, HR, and safety teams.
