Leads clinical development and nursing operations across licensed buildings and programs. Assesses clinical competency, develops training, coaches nurse leaders and staff, supports interim nursing leadership, oversees resident care, develops clinical policies, monitors regulatory compliance, and supports strategic planning. Requires an unrestricted Minnesota RN license, CPR certification, and preferably a BSN and long-term care or home care leadership experience.

Plans, organizes, facilitates, and evaluates therapeutic recreation programs for senior residents, tenants, and patients. Programs address social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs while following regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. The role requires collaboration with individuals affected by dementia and seniors, along with maintaining required certifications and compliance with DOT testing and medical requirements.
