Plans, organizes, facilitates, and evaluates therapeutic recreation programs for senior residents, tenants, and patients. Programming supports social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs while following regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. The role requires hands-on work with seniors and individuals with dementia, coordination of recreational activities, and maintaining relevant certifications, including CPR and potentially DOT medical certification.

The role requires collaboration with individuals with dementia and older adults, plus maintaining CPR and DOT-related qualifications.

Leads Sholom’s community relations, outreach, marketing, brand alignment, communications, and partnership-building efforts across Minnesota. Develops marketing plans, creates content, manages newsletters and social media, organizes referral and community events, supports inquiry tracking and conversion, conducts campus tours, and strengthens volunteer and outreach programs. Collaborates with sales, development, community organizations, donors, referral partners, families, and internal teams to increase awareness, engagement, occupancy, and donor relationships.
