Design building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, fire protection, automation, and industrial processes. Supports project financial management for an architecture and engineering firm. Responsibilities include preparing client invoices, interpreting contracts and billing requirements, resolving unbilled items, monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining project financial records, adjusting billable hours and expenses, and reconciling work-in-progress during project closeout. The role partners closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to improve project financial outcomes.

Manage Mechanical/Electrical BIM content: create and maintain Revit families, templates, parameters, and documentation; enforce naming and data standards; implement version control and workflows; train and support design teams; troubleshoot BIM issues and maintain a searchable content catalog.
