Design building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, fire protection, automation, and industrial processes. Produce Revit construction drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support projects from concept through completion, and visit sites for measurements, data collection, and construction observation. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and effective workload management.

Supports project financial management for an architecture and engineering firm. Responsibilities include preparing client invoices, interpreting contracts and billing requirements, resolving unbilled items, monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining project financial records, adjusting billable hours and expenses, and reconciling work-in-progress during project closeout. The role partners closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to improve project financial outcomes.
