The role requires substantial HR business partnering experience and operates primarily in an office or hybrid environment with possible travel to project sites and offices.

Partners with business leaders as a primary HR advisor, coaching managers on employee relations, performance, and organizational challenges. Develops leadership capability through talent reviews, assessments, onboarding, and development planning. Uses engagement surveys and stay interviews to strengthen culture, supports succession planning and internal mobility, and identifies retention and workforce trends. Requires progressive HR experience, strong influencing skills, and the ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities.

Supports project financial management for an architecture and engineering firm. Responsibilities include preparing client invoices, interpreting contracts and billing requirements, resolving unbilled items, monitoring accounts receivable, maintaining project financial records, adjusting billable hours and expenses, and reconciling work-in-progress during project closeout. The role partners closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to improve project financial outcomes.
