Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business unit leaders: coach on employee relations, develop leadership capability, drive engagement and culture, support talent, succession planning, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve organizational effectiveness.

Manage Mechanical/Electrical BIM content: create and maintain Revit families, templates, parameters, and documentation; enforce naming and data standards; implement version control and workflows; train and support design teams; troubleshoot BIM issues and maintain a searchable content catalog.

Lead NEPA planning and compliance for transportation projects: conduct natural resource evaluations, coordinate fieldwork and reporting, prepare NEPA documentation (CEs, EAs), liaise with federal/state agencies, guide multidisciplinary teams, and support permitting and regulatory coordination.
