Lead and manage multi-discipline civic and public architecture projects from design through delivery. Oversee project teams, coordinate clients, designers, and contractors, produce design deliverables and Revit models, ensure compliance with codes and ADA, pursue business development, and apply advanced project management practices.

Design and produce mechanical building systems (plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, fire protection, building automation, industrial process systems). Lead mechanical design efforts, collaborate with multi-discipline teams, create Revit construction drawings, perform site measurements, data collection, and construction observation across government, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and education projects.

Lead mechanical design and project management for industrial (and occasional pharma/education/commercial/government) projects. Design plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, fire protection, building automation, and industrial process systems. Collaborate with multi-discipline teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, mentor junior staff, oversee drawings/specs, attend client meetings, and visit sites to resolve construction issues.
