Supports the Chief Advancement Officer and senior leadership across fundraising operations, donor and prospect engagement, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, communications, events, and special projects. Develops engagement materials, tracks relationship-management activities, coordinates follow-up, maintains donor records, and supports trustee, volunteer, CEO, and executive prospect relationships. The role also coordinates Advancement meetings and training while ensuring strategic priorities, KPIs, and cross-department initiatives are executed effectively.

Performs financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, market analysis, and financial risk and cost-variation analysis. Supports department managers with budget planning and communicates financial trends and issues. Recommends process and data-quality improvements while providing analytical support for organizational initiatives in a complex healthcare environment.
