Provides inpatient rehabilitation coverage and outpatient clinics, including evaluations, follow-ups, and optional spasticity management. Leads interdisciplinary patient care, coordinates complex treatment plans, participates in medical staff committees, and contributes to resident education and scholarly activity through a Northwestern University faculty appointment.

Supervises Sky Lobby Navigators providing non-clinical patient and visitor services, including greeting, security check-in assistance, wayfinding, staffing, training, scheduling, and policy updates. Ensures visitors’ arrival and departure needs are met while maintaining excellent customer service, communication, confidentiality, and support for individuals with disabilities.

Supports clinically focused applications through system maintenance, upgrades, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training. Assists with Cerner module configuration and clinical application projects by gathering requirements, identifying stakeholders, developing test plans, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Windows experience, and willingness to learn healthcare information systems. The position operates on a hybrid schedule and may require extended hours.
