Designs and leads pre-clinical and biomedical research projects, develops grant proposals, publishes first-author research, mentors graduate students, presents at conferences, collaborates with clinicians and investigators, and contributes to technology transfer and institutional leadership.

Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models and infrastructure. Support data curation, implement and test ML algorithms, help build CI/CD pipelines, automate training/deployment, troubleshoot production issues, and follow organizational security and safety practices while working under supervision.

Manages daily office operations and administrative staff supervision, including payroll preparation, record keeping, vendor invoice entry, HIPAA-compliant release of billing records, scheduling, policy updates, bookkeeping, physician validation, and development of office systems and procedures to support clinical operations.
