Own post-sales customer onboarding, implementation coordination, platform adoption, and hypercare for B2B SaaS accounts. Coordinate Sales, Solutioning, Product, and Support teams through go-live, deliver role-based enablement sessions, resolve early issues, build customer relationships, capture feedback, and help customers realize value from the platform. The role supports multiple projects while developing toward full customer success ownership.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and update software applications; resolve technical issues within SLA requirements; escalate unresolved problems; report bugs and customer feedback; gather requirements; configure client instances during onboarding; and document technical solutions, known issues, and best practices.

Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing for an ERP platform. Responsibilities include designing test cases, identifying and tracking defects, validating fixes, reviewing requirements, maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with developers and product managers to improve release quality. Basic JavaScript and Playwright or Cypress knowledge is advantageous.

Own the overall software architecture and guide scalable, secure, reliable system design across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and infrastructure. Remain hands-on with development, code reviews, and complex troubleshooting. Lead DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, automation, and disaster recovery. Partner with product and business stakeholders on technical planning and roadmaps while mentoring engineers and supporting team growth.
