Leads on-site IT support across corporate and warehouse environments, managing escalations, staff scheduling, ticket SLAs, asset lifecycles, MDM, identity access, physical security systems, vendors, and multi-site technical projects. Troubleshoots hardware, networks, scanners, printers, and warehouse IT/OT systems while driving documentation, automation, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, process improvements, and team development.

Conduct high-volume recruiting for warehouse and fulfillment roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, candidate follow-up, ATS record maintenance, and start-date coordination. Build candidate pipelines, meet weekly hiring targets, support multiple shifts, and partner with Operations, HR, hiring managers, and candidates. The recruiter will work onsite in Louisville and support hiring events, orientations, and peak-volume staffing needs.

Leads network-wide learning and development for fulfillment operations. Owns hourly employee ramp, training content, certifications, trainer capability, supervisor and operations leadership development, and retraining for process changes. Uses performance data to improve time-to-rate, productivity, quality, and early-tenure retention. Builds and leads learning professionals, partners with operations and HR, standardizes training across fulfillment centers, and reports capability and operational outcomes to senior leadership.
