Lead and build ShipMonk's Operations Continuous Improvement function, managing CI managers and high-impact projects across fulfillment centers. Drive performance improvements using Lean/Six Sigma, set KPIs, manage merchant launches and new service offerings, develop tooling and dashboards, collaborate with analytics and operations leaders, and provide on-site support and leadership development across the network.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee quality and training programs, drive process improvements, analyze data, and enhance operational metrics. You'll mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance across the network.

Lead a new 5–7 person Data & AI team: hire and onboard senior data scientists/engineers and an AI Consultant, define roadmap and OKRs, set AI strategy, deliver production models and data products with measurable ROI, establish engineering standards and observability, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, CX, and Finance.
