Monitor and maintain multi-site WAN/LAN infrastructure, troubleshoot switches/routers/firewalls, respond to alerts and escalate complex issues, update network documentation, and assist end users with connectivity problems.

As a Training Coordinator, you will facilitate training programs, coordinate onboarding, improve operational procedures, and support the continuous improvement of various initiatives.

Coordinate and deliver new-hire orientation and site training programs, support PIT certification, manage Asana training tickets, develop and track training effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations and HR to standardize procedures and improve safety, quality, productivity, and retention.
