Leads and develops a team of Fulfillment Consultants, owning pipeline health, revenue performance, forecasting, CRM discipline, onboarding, coaching, and sales enablement. Builds sales talent, manages quotas, supports senior leadership with data-driven updates, and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Client Success, and Finance. Develops strategic partnerships and business development opportunities to expand pipeline and revenue.

Identify AI opportunities across business teams, scope and prototype solutions, build supporting data pipelines and models, and deploy production AI agents, RAG assistants, and automations. Integrate solutions with Slack, CRM, ticketing, n8n, and MCP; monitor performance through evaluations; and lead AI workshops, office hours, and enablement initiatives. The role requires hands-on ownership from ideation through adoption and impact measurement.

Build and maintain data pipelines and models, then develop AI assistants, applications, and automations for business teams. Experiment with AI coding tools, deploy solutions to production, and help colleagues adopt AI. Collaborate with senior data and AI engineers while learning to scope business problems, shape real data, and present results.
