Hire, train, and manage supervisory and hourly staff, drive productivity initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and implement operational procedures and layout/process improvements to meet cost and service targets.

Lead and develop a 25–30 person warehouse team, manage inventory and KPIs, train associates, maintain safety and sanitation, optimize workflows, and report on stock and performance to management.
