Supports the TMS product roadmap by gathering customer and operational insights, translating needs into user stories and requirements, collaborating with engineering and UX, validating features, tracking adoption, and assisting with launches and enablement. The role requires developing expertise in shipping workflows, carrier integrations, rate shopping, label generation, and transportation operations while partnering with customer-facing teams.

Create and edit technical and non-technical content, including user guides, blog articles, and AI-optimized materials. Collaborate with product owners, software developers, and customer success teams. Use Google Suite, Confluence, and AI tools while developing writing, multimedia, and publishing skills. The internship requires 10–15 hours weekly, in-person work in Santa Barbara, strong organization, coachability, and an interest in business or technical writing.

Lead multiple end-to-end WMS and TMS software implementations from kickoff through go-live. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, documentation, customer communications, and stakeholder accountability. Coordinate technical teams handling configuration, data setup, integrations, testing, and validation. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve implementation challenges, ensure go-live readiness, and improve scalable implementation processes. The role requires strong project management, communication, organization, technical collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a B2B SaaS environment.
