Build strategic customer relationships, identify risks and opportunities, manage initiatives and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate technical workflows into business outcomes. Partner with Account Management, Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to resolve issues, deliver value, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
