Manage the full lifecycle of assigned eCommerce customer profiles, coordinating fulfillment, inventory, systems, and customer experience operations. Lead root-cause analysis, issue resolution, escalations, customer improvement plans, and cross-functional execution. Use dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting to provide data-driven recommendations, improve workflows, reduce errors, and maintain strong customer health. Serve as an embedded strategic partner to high-growth eCommerce brands.

Lead and execute technical strategy for logistics/warehousing platforms: audit systems, manage integrations, ensure platform reliability, coach and grow the engineering team, and deliver scalable automation and onboarding of supply-chain integrations.

Manage end-to-end operational relationships for assigned eCommerce customers: diagnose and resolve fulfillment, inventory, systems, and CX issues; lead cross-functional execution, present data-driven improvement plans, implement process improvements, and maintain customer health metrics.
