Supports spot quotes, bids, RFPs, contracts, and existing business while monitoring margins, win rates, accuracy, and turnaround times. Maintains pricing standards, models, records, controls, and reports; investigates variances and underperforming lanes; and advises Operations, Sales, Carrier Sales, Finance, and management on pricing risks and improvements.

Coordinate carrier sourcing and procurement, update TMS carrier data, negotiate rates, monitor service providers, grow core carriers, identify cost/service improvements, and facilitate carrier issue resolution.
