Provide clinical leadership in a long-term care setting: support staffing, oversee resident care, develop care plans, manage nursing staff, ensure documentation, MDS, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare, assemble, and deliver meals and meal carts; follow menus and recipes; portion and serve meals; rotate and manage supplies (FIFO); wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment; dispose of refuse per policy; maintain cleanliness and support resident satisfaction.

Provide and supervise direct resident care in a long-term care setting: administer medications, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, document assessments, lead nurse aides, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, and maintain infection-control and safety standards.
