Provide clinical leadership in a long-term care setting: support staffing, oversee resident care, develop care plans, manage nursing staff, ensure documentation, MDS, infection control, and regulatory compliance.

Provide clinical leadership on shift by directing nurse aides, administering medications, implementing care plans and treatments, transcribing physician orders, documenting resident care, participating in shift reports, educating staff on policies, maintaining safety and infection control, and coordinating replacement staff as needed to ensure resident well-being.
