Senior Transaction Counsel will advise a commercial real estate investment firm on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and property operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating PSAs, loan documents, leases, commercial contracts, LLC agreements, and vendor agreements; managing due diligence, closings, title matters, and outside counsel; and supporting entity governance and business teams with practical legal guidance.

Lead regional industrial acquisitions and development lifecycle: source off-market deals, underwrite/opine on financials, coordinate diligence and closing, manage internal teams and third-party vendors, build market relationships, and drive transactions to close while supporting onboarding and long-term asset management.
