Lead commercial mortgage origination across the Southwest, sourcing and negotiating loans, underwriting and forecasting cash flows, managing due diligence and closings, and overseeing regional portfolio monitoring and relationship development with borrowers, brokers, and investors.

The Managing Director will oversee development activities in Atlanta and Nashville, sourcing and underwriting properties, managing projects, and leading the construction process, aiming for 3-5 deals annually.

The Project Manager will oversee preconstruction and field execution of industrial and logistics projects, managing risks, schedules, and contractor performance.
