Ensure Shimano products meet European regulatory and technical requirements across bicycle and fishing tackle businesses. Monitor regulations and standards, interpret requirements, conduct compliance impact assessments, support conformity assessments, and guide cross-functional product development teams. Serve as the electro-mechanical compliance subject matter expert covering EMC, electrical safety, and battery technologies. Represent Shimano in technical standardization committees and translate regulatory requirements into practical, risk-based business solutions.

Supports B2B marketing and commercial initiatives across Shimano brands and sales channels. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing sales reports and market data, monitoring KPIs, identifying business opportunities, updating marketing and sales materials, supporting product launches, and assisting with newsletters, promotional campaigns, and digital communications. The role collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to improve customer engagement, business growth, and brand visibility.

Build, operate, and improve Azure-based data pipelines integrating SAP S/4HANA and other systems. Design and optimize Azure SQL databases, develop ADF pipelines, handle daily operations and incident tickets, support ad hoc data requests, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Git, consume REST APIs, and document solutions while modernizing legacy processes.
