Shiji Group Benefits Overview

Drive new business sales for Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS across an assigned US/Canada territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Generate pipeline via outbound outreach, in-person hotel visits, events and networking; conduct demos, tailor proposals, manage CRM pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with SDRs and marketing. Build relationships with hotel owners, operators and executives, meet revenue targets, and travel regularly (up to 50%) to represent Shiji at industry events.

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across Mexico and the U.S.; build pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up; schedule meetings for sales, support event participation and setup, maintain Zoho CRM records, research market and competitors, test outreach techniques, collaborate with sales executives, and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hospitality technology implementations (PMS, POS, Payments). Manage customer relationships and stakeholders, develop project plans in Clarizen, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, oversee testing/deployment and post-go-live support, ensure PMO governance, and drive process improvements. Travel and bilingual communication in English and Cantonese required.
