Leads the accounting organization across general ledger, accounts receivable, disbursements, tax, and treasury. Owns financial reporting, monthly close, audit readiness, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvement. Partners with finance, revenue, product, and senior leadership to improve collections, payment reliability, financial discipline, automation, and scalability while developing accounting leaders.

Partner with leaders across Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Accounting on employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organizational change, and workforce needs. Coach managers through sensitive situations, support performance and development cycles, analyze people data, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations. The role is primarily onsite in Irving, Texas, with potential hybrid flexibility after the initial onboarding period.

Own reliability, availability, and operational health for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform. Manage cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, production automation, incident debugging, and operational auditing. Mentor a mid-level engineer, exercise significant autonomy, and transition reliability ownership from a supporting engineering team. The role is remote within Poland, with preference for candidates near Warsaw.
