Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, closing, quota attainment, pipeline management, forecasting, relationship development, and client handover. The role leverages disability-sector networks, collaborates with marketing and technology teams, provides product feedback, and supports smooth customer onboarding.

Own the complete sales cycle for ShiftCare’s care management software, from prospecting and discovery through closing and handover. Target disability care providers, leverage sector networks, conduct consultative sales, manage pipelines and forecasts, exceed quotas, and collaborate with marketing, technology, product, and onboarding teams. Provide customer insights to improve products and help care providers streamline operations and service delivery.
