Teams at ShiftCare

Own the UK revenue target while building and leading a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales operation. Manage, coach, and develop SDRs, AEs, and BDMs; participate in discovery calls and demonstrations; oversee pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot; support go-to-market strategy; analyze win/loss data; and establish a scalable UK sales process and team culture.

Support complex SaaS implementations through requirements analysis, solution design, workflow configuration, risk mitigation, technical discovery, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Serve as an expert on ShiftCare functionality and NDIS provider operations, advising Sales, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and Product. Create documentation, playbooks, and training; clarify product gaps and enhancement needs; and improve implementation consistency, customer outcomes, and internal capability.

Provide senior technical implementation and solution design for complex ShiftCare customers: analyze workflows, advise on configuration, rostering, billing, claiming, reporting, compliance and integrations; support pre-sales, handovers, product enhancement input, create playbooks, and train internal teams to reduce delivery risk and improve implementation quality.
