Manage settlement processes, authorizations, investigations, system actions, reporting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with technical, finance, legal, underwriting, sales, and client-relations teams. Support testing, implementations, product enhancements, procedure documentation, training, knowledge-base maintenance, and KPI monitoring. The role requires payments or money-remittance experience, familiarity with SWIFT, SEPA, and TARGET, strong organization, attention to detail, and independent remote work capability.

Welcomes and assists VIP lounge guests, provides personalized customer service, handles tax-free refunds and cash, promotes merchant stores and products, resolves customer concerns, and supports sales and business goals. The role requires multilingual communication, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility for shift work, accurate money handling, and collaboration with sales, marketing, merchant, and refund teams.

Manage merchant onboarding from contract receipt through installation and handoff to the Launch team. Gather requirements, configure POS menus and online ordering, coordinate equipment logistics, train merchants, document account details, and resolve configuration or service issues. Provide white-glove client support through email, phone, ticketing, and chat while ensuring accurate setup and customer satisfaction.
