Looking for a Fraud Associate to monitor transaction activities, investigate fraud patterns, and manage chargeback programs while collaborating with merchants and card schemes.

Drive sales and expand revenue within strategic merchant and partner accounts for online and e-commerce payments. Manage relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, oversee onboarding and integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead strategic projects to retain and grow share-of-wallet.

Provide practical, risk-aware commercial and data protection legal advice for fintech/payments business in Europe. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, support sales in deal structuring, advise on GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop templates, policies and training materials.
