Own marketing campaign execution, infrastructure, and analytics: build data workflows and automations between HubSpot and Salesforce, optimize digital campaigns, manage marketing budget and media spend, implement reporting dashboards, and partner with sales and field marketing to improve pipeline and ROI.

Partner with Engineering leaders in France to manage employee relations, apply French labor law, streamline HR processes, coach managers on performance and conflict resolution, spot organizational risks, and contribute to cross-functional people initiatives to improve engagement and sustainable growth.
