Build and maintain production-grade integrations between AI agents, third-party platforms, and recovery services. Design scalable backend services, APIs, data ingestion pipelines, microservices, and infrastructure using strong testing and software engineering practices. Support deployment, production launch, performance optimization, and ongoing reliability. Collaborate with US-based data scientists and cross-functional teams while providing secondary support for frontend and interface needs.

Develop backend services and scalable components using C# and .NET. Design and implement APIs and application features, collaborate with engineering squads, and contribute to platform foundations for deployment, monitoring, security, worker services, fraud detection, and SDK capabilities. The role requires object-oriented programming, Azure knowledge, and backend API development, with Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and AI/ML knowledge as advantages.

Support data processing pipeline deployment, including data reception, cleaning, information extraction, and fraud-model calibration. Conduct R&D in machine learning, NLP, image analysis, trend analysis, and chatbots. Collaborate across sales, legal, product, and engineering throughout the AI product lifecycle.
