Lead and drive large-scale specialty pharmacy program implementations with hospitals. Build and manage project plans, coordinate across clinical, IT, and operational teams, evaluate and redesign workflows, facilitate meetings, and resolve implementation issues to launch and scale programs that improve patient access and outcomes.

Work with the Executive Leadership team to lead cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, build financial models, support C-suite decision-making, drive site-level growth with Regional Operations, manage partner discussions, and pursue new business opportunities. Role is analytical, hands-on, travel ~25%.

The Payor Analyst processes claims data to drive payer access and revenue growth, supports access strategies, and generates insights for stakeholders.
