Develops and manages enterprise sales opportunities to exceed revenue and profit targets. Builds relationships with existing and prospective customers, conducts consultative selling and prospecting, creates pricing proposals, closes deals, and communicates IT solutions tailored to customer objectives. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, attends industry events, monitors competition and market trends, and manages customer travel within the assigned Orange County territory.

Own and drive the ServiceNow CMDB product roadmap, governance, and processes. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, ITAM, and engineering to improve data quality, automate discovery and service mapping, onboard assets, define CI ownership, develop KPIs/dashboards, and support incident/change/problem processes to maximize CMDB value and adoption.

Leads IT programs across departments, overseeing project delivery, resource management, process optimization, stakeholder communications, escalations, and strategic alignment. Drives adoption of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum practices; measures program performance; implements improvement plans; mentors team members; manages organizational change; and collaborates across Managed Services teams to apply best practices.
