Assist individuals with disabilities to obtain, maintain, and advance community-paid employment. Conduct intake and discovery, develop individualized career plans, train participants and employers on job tasks and communication, provide on-site support and travel training, maintain case records and HIPAA-compliant notes, coordinate with counselors and community partners, and track schedules, hours, mileage, and outcomes.

Provide job development, on-site training, and employer support to help individuals with developmental disabilities obtain and maintain community employment.
