Oversees manufacturing process and equipment development, improvement projects, budgets, timelines, and project execution. Researches and develops designs, manages and mentors engineering personnel, collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership, and provides training and instructions. The role applies continuous improvement methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and functionality, with approximately 5% travel.

Processes general ledger transactions, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments; performs monthly balance sheet reconciliations; ensures SOX, accounting policy, and audit compliance; resolves stakeholder queries; analyzes transactions; supports internal and external audits; and contributes to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Manages environmental, health, and safety programs for a fleet and distribution site. Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, FMCSA, DOT, workers’ compensation, and OSHA VPP requirements. Leads safety training, driver safety meetings, audits, incident investigations, root cause analysis, reporting, emergency response, and corrective actions. Develops programs to reduce injuries, illnesses, and property losses while promoting employee engagement and regulatory compliance.
