Lead MarTech and marketing database operations for DDX: design and govern data architecture and integrations, manage a small team and external partners, ensure daily data flows and system performance, drive MarTech strategy and vendor assessments, enforce governance/QC processes, translate technical data into stakeholder-ready reports, and ensure compliance and cross-functional alignment.

Provide in-person field technical support and training to customers, troubleshoot product and equipment issues, coordinate with sales/R&D/operations, perform color matching/tinting and lab testing, execute line audits and demos, document issues in SFDC/FSRs, and help onboard/train new TSRs.

Manage and grow a paint sales territory across multiple market segments: secure new wholesale accounts, maintain existing customers, generate leads, deliver product demonstrations and competitive comparisons, prepare sales contracts and reports, coordinate with marketing, and perform in-person client visits to evaluate needs and promote products.
