Leads all facility operations, including safety, quality, customer service, cost control, inventory, maintenance, compliance, and employee development. Oversees site performance against KPIs, supports sales and profitability goals, drives continuous improvement, manages operational issues and customer escalations, and coordinates projects and technical support. The role also ensures EHS compliance, effective HR processes, and collaboration across European facilities, with occasional travel required.

Leads site reliability engineering for business-critical applications and services. Responsibilities include automating deployment and operations, monitoring SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, improving reliability and observability, managing incident response, designing resilient solutions across environments, leading implementations, mentoring engineers, and evaluating technology improvements, costs, and vendors. The position is fully onsite at the Cleveland headquarters.

Leads enterprise data and AI security initiatives, including AI runtime controls, AI gateways, data discovery, classification, protection controls, risk assessments, remediation, compliance, security monitoring, incident support, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The role develops security standards, evaluates security gaps, implements DSPM and related technologies, supports regulatory requirements, leads cross-functional projects, and mentors junior analysts.
