Own project success across budget, scope, schedule, contractual obligations, deliverables, and customer satisfaction. Manage project lifecycles, stakeholder communication, work plans, schedules, estimates, resource planning, status reporting, staffing forecasts, quality standards, and financial requirements. Support business development, proposal efforts, risk analysis, technical meetings, and problem resolution while leading cross-functional technical teams and maintaining customer relationships.

Designs, configures, tests, deploys, troubleshoots, documents, and sustains secure network connectivity for CBP operational technology and tactical systems. Supports routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, cloud, mobile endpoints, Watchtower MDM, TAK infrastructure, certificates, and disconnected environments. Builds laboratory test environments, performs integration and acceptance testing, supports field deployments, conducts Tier 2/3 troubleshooting, coordinates with cybersecurity and government stakeholders, and transitions validated technologies into operations.

Designs and integrates secure network architectures for classified and tactical C2 systems supporting C-UAS missions. Responsibilities include network engineering, cybersecurity compliance, RMF and authorization packages, vulnerability management, STIG implementation, Zero Trust, interoperability, troubleshooting, testing, and technical advising. The role supports NIPRNet, SIPRNet, tactical networks, sensors, data platforms, applications, and effectors, with on-site work in the National Capital Region and travel up to 50%.
