Supports electrical power-system engineering and field-service projects involving distribution systems, substations, switchgear, transformers, protective relays, grounding, testing, commissioning, and electrical studies. Responsibilities include field-data collection, technical analysis, drawing review, documentation, reporting, customer deliverables, and safety compliance under Professional Engineer supervision. The role requires office and field work, approximately 10% travel, and occasional overnight or extended assignments.

Leads North American sales and account development for electrical, controls, automation, engineering, and project management services. Manages four business development managers, develops sales strategy, oversees a $50 million annual sales budget, grows existing accounts, acquires new customers, supports proposals and estimates, conducts job walks and customer presentations, and maintains strategic client relationships. The role requires 50% domestic travel and technical familiarity with industrial automation, power systems, commissioning, construction, and engineering services.

Supports high-risk projects and strategic programs through financial, cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance analysis. Maintains project baselines, forecasts, EAC/ETC, margin reporting, change logs, dashboards, and PMO controls. Collaborates with project leadership, Finance, and Operations to improve data quality, identify risks, resolve discrepancies, and support project handoffs, execution reviews, closeout, and executive decision-making. Limited travel may be required.
