Build and own Shepherd’s B2B growth engine for brokers across paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, outbound infrastructure, conversion optimization, GEO/SEO, AI-search visibility, automation, and attribution. Run experiments, create performance assets, implement marketing systems, and improve funnel conversion and broker activations. The role requires hands-on technical execution, strong measurement skills, and the ability to ship growth improvements independently in a fast-moving technology company.

Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features and production AI infrastructure (model serving, inference, evaluation, monitoring) that improve underwriting, pricing, and internal tooling. Partner with product, engineering, underwriting, and data teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and establish prompt engineering and evaluation best practices.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will build end-to-end ML systems for autonomous underwriting, collaborating with underwriters and engineers to advance ML capability.
