The Sports Coordinator will coach, organize, and oversee sports programs, manage schedules, and maintain positive relationships with participants, coaches, and volunteers.

Serve as the first point of contact for families in Shepherd Kids: manage weekend check-in, guest registration, lobby operations, recruit and schedule volunteers, track guest engagement and registrations, follow up with new families, and support events and administrative tasks to create welcoming experiences.
