Coordinates referrals and case management for clients in a housing crisis stabilization shelter program. Develop and manage the annual giving program: plan and execute multi-channel appeals, steward donors, analyze donor data, manage CRM records, support grant writing and reporting, collaborate with communications and internal teams to grow and sustain annual philanthropic revenue.
