Create and maintain product manuals, manufacturing instructions, visual aids, training checklists, and maintenance procedures for semiconductor equipment. Gather technical information from engineers and production staff via notes, photos, and recordings. Produce clear, accurate process documentation and collaborate cross-functionally to verify technical content.

Design, develop, test, and support mechanical and electro-mechanical components and capital equipment for semiconductor customers through full product lifecycle. Produce drawings, BOMs, documentation, prototypes, and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fabrication oversight while participating in design reviews and continuous learning.

Plan and manage material flow and inventory to support manufacturing schedules. Execute MRP activities, maintain ERP/MRP data, coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and production, manage BOM and Kanban, expedite materials, perform cost analysis, and reconcile WIP inventory to optimize supply and minimize costs.
