Build relationships with manufacturing leaders, develop ROI cases, manage pipelines, coordinate pilots with engineering, and expand successful deployments across facilities and business units. The role requires consultative selling, technical curiosity, AI fluency, CRM discipline, and regular travel to customer manufacturing sites while working in person in Pittsburgh.

Own Shelfmark’s B2B marketing function, including positioning, customer evidence, content, campaigns, account-based marketing, events, sales enablement, marketing operations, and AI workflows. Partner with executives, sales, engineers, and customers to translate manufacturing technology into compelling messaging and qualified pipeline. Measure campaign performance, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI while building scalable processes and brand visibility across industrial technology markets.

Leads Shelfmark’s technical vision and organization, architecting an integrated industrial intelligence platform spanning computer vision, machine learning, hardware, firmware, edge computing, and software. Builds and scales a multidisciplinary engineering team, drives productization and deployment reliability, establishes monitoring and implementation infrastructure, and supports executive strategy, fundraising, and technical diligence. The role is hands-on and includes working with customers in manufacturing environments.
