The Supply Chain Specialist III role involves supporting warehouse operations, participating in inventory management, and engaging in process improvement projects while learning the Warehouse Management System.

Partner with warehouse management to analyze and redesign warehouse layouts, conduct feasibility and time-and-motion studies, implement storage and workflow improvements, align with operations/procurement/logistics, train staff, and monitor projects onsite (20% travel).

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier selection to secure quality goods at competitive prices. Negotiate global supplier contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance. Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement using data analytics and performance metrics. Maintain strong supplier relationships and address delivery or quality issues.
