Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to improve warehouse efficiency, labor utilization, safety, ergonomics, quality, and costs. Collaborate with operations teams on process changes and continuous improvement projects. Track product performance, conduct market and competitive research, develop recommendations, and communicate findings through reports and presentations.

Analyzes logistics performance metrics, develops dashboards and reports, identifies trends and bottlenecks, and provides actionable insights to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Designs and optimizes warehouse layouts, processes, storage solutions, and material flow. Analyzes space utilization, conducts feasibility and time-and-motion studies, identifies bottlenecks, and implements Lean, Six Sigma, safety, and workflow improvements. Collaborates with warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics teams, presents recommendations to management, and provides technical support and training for new layouts and processes. Requires 20% domestic travel to Indiana for onsite project monitoring.
