Conduct in-person voter registration in high-traffic public areas across the Philadelphia metro and collar counties. Engage voters using provided scripts, meet daily conversation goals, record and submit data via cell phone, and work shifts standing/walking up to six hours. Manage and train canvassers for a Birmingham field program: recruit, lead, brief/debrief shifts, implement training improvements, work closely with regional and project leadership, and perform in-field supervision during intensive campaign periods.

Manage and lead canvassing and voter registration projects: hire, train, and oversee project teams; ensure high-quality execution, client communication, reporting, and on-site management for project duration.

Coordinate and remotely manage teams of door-to-door canvassers to meet voter turnout goals. Run virtual briefings, support training and quality control, track performance and payroll, collaborate with regional leadership and data/operations teams, and work extended hours during peak campaign periods.
