Manage day-to-day internal communications across Shawbrook, own key IC channels and content calendars, embed with business teams to plan and deliver communications for major change, align internal and external narratives, build stakeholder relationships, and support digital/intranet channel evolution. Reports to Head of Communications and works across hubs and brands.

Senior Credit Manager in the 2nd Line of Defence overseeing credit risk for Commercial Investment Real Estate, Specialty Finance and Asset Based Lending. Chairs credit approval committee, holds delegated lending authority, manages and develops a sector-focused credit risk team, monitors portfolio performance, ensures policy compliance, prepares committee papers, and drives process improvements and quality assurance across 1st and 2nd Line credit activities.
