Manage and embed operational resilience across the bank through data-driven reporting, deep-dive incident analysis, monitoring data quality, supporting incident and crisis management (including xMatters), training stakeholders, and maintaining governance, controls, and artefacts for audit and regulatory reporting.

Provide accurate HR administration and data management across HR systems (including Halo). Handle case management, Right to Work and visa administration, support payroll reporting and invoice processing, assist SMCR and benefits administration, respond to employee queries, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Assess and underwrite loan applications, analyse customer creditworthiness and asset valuations, ensure compliance with underwriting policy and regulations, document audit-ready decisions, collaborate with sales and client teams, present credit reports, and support portfolio performance while delivering good customer outcomes.
