Support Relationship Directors in sourcing, assessing, underwriting and closing property development loans. Produce credit proposals, assess valuation and surveyor reports, attend client/broker meetings, work with Loan Support to complete facilities, and maintain accurate data and documentation for a portfolio of development finance clients.

Lead and manage the Group tax function, ensuring compliance across corporation tax, VAT, PAYE and returns. Develop tax strategy, advise senior management and board on tax implications of transactions, oversee tax accounting and reporting, manage audits and HMRC relationships, and implement tax controls and technology solutions.

Support relationship management by analysing borrowers' financial statements, performing financial modelling and covenant monitoring, preparing credit reports, managing client interactions via CRM, and collaborating with credit, legal and business development teams to maintain loan portfolio performance and identify funding opportunities.
