Manages sponsor and intermediary relationships, prepares pitches and credit papers, presents to credit committees, supports legal completion, mentors junior staff, and ensures regulatory and compliance standards are maintained.

Leads leveraged finance transactions supporting UK SME acquisitions and growth by private equity sponsors. Responsibilities include financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, credit paper preparation, transaction structuring, negotiation, risk mitigation, legal documentation, relationship management, business origination, and credit committee presentations. The role also mentors junior staff, supports compliance and governance, manages sponsor and intermediary relationships, and contributes to profitability, return on capital, and high-quality lending outcomes.

Prepares accurate regulatory returns for the PRA, FCA, Bank of England, and EBA, including COREP and FINREP. Reviews reporting data, supports automation and process improvements, enhances data quality, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and other stakeholders to meet regulatory deadlines and evolving reporting requirements.
