Lead and support complex UK audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, client management, team supervision, work review, reporting, budgeting, and pricing. The role requires maintaining technical accounting knowledge, delivering high-quality work within deadlines, and developing junior staff. It is a hybrid position based in Winchester.

Provides UK VAT and indirect tax advisory services to clients, including technical analysis, VAT system health checks, HMRC liaison, assignment management, and support for VAT queries. The role also involves promoting VAT services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the wider VAT team. Candidates need post-qualified experience, strong analytical and communication skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple assignments. Travel between group offices may be required.

Manage regional office administration, including supplies, facilities, records, filing, billing, meeting coordination, events, and helpdesk requests. Support business management operations, maintain confidentiality and compliance, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and improve administrative processes. The role is office-based in Farnham and requires strong organisation, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
