The role requires senior company secretarial experience, strong UK company law expertise, commercial awareness, leadership capability, and professional governance or accounting qualifications.

Prepare and review small company accounts, Corporation Tax returns, partnership and non-resident tax returns, dormant accounts, and basic dividend planning. Assist with bookkeeping and client record updates in Xero, meet deadlines across a portfolio, and provide corporate information to UK and US tax teams. The role includes client exposure, professional qualification funding, and hybrid working after probation.

Leads US corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements for UK-based multinational clients. Responsibilities include reviewing federal and state returns, advising on cross-border tax, transfer pricing, repatriation, BEPS, US GAAP and ASC 740, supporting IRS and state audits, developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.
