Supports project managers, superintendents, and construction staff with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, billing, cost tracking, QA/QC, closeout, turnover, and pre-construction estimating. Assists with document control, green building program administration, subcontractor coordination, punch-list tracking, and occasional field coverage while gaining practical construction experience.

Supports financial planning and analysis through forecasting, budgeting, budget-to-actual analysis, tax calculations, cost and working capital analysis, management and bank reporting, and financial systems implementations. The role also handles government filings, HUD participation requests, subcontractor prequalification, and ad hoc financial analysis while collaborating with executives, department heads, banks, counsel, and other departments.

Leads company-wide construction safety programs across active projects. Responsibilities include hazard assessments, subcontractor safety reviews, site audits, OSHA investigations, employee training, PPE oversight, compliance reporting, workers’ compensation claims, stormwater compliance, motor vehicle record checks, and coaching project safety personnel. The role is field-facing, requires frequent Colorado-area site visits, and involves approximately 30% travel.
