Partners with leaders across a regulated, safety-focused operational environment to improve performance, capability, and people practices. Advises on employee relations, complex casework, performance management, restructures, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Coaches managers, uses people data to guide decisions, ensures fair and compliant policy application, and collaborates with the wider HR team across multiple sites.

Manage customer orders from placement through invoicing, coordinate internal teams, maintain accurate records, analyze and report operational data, support performance targets, and improve processes. The role also provides administrative support for internal requests and operational activities while ensuring service levels, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Leads strategic management of Sharpsmart’s largest NHS contract across six Trusts. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, contract governance, audits, performance reviews, service coordination, project road-mapping, savings and margin improvement, upselling, renewal preparation, proposal development, and subcontractor engagement. The role requires strong commercial judgment, relationship management, and familiarity with healthcare service environments, particularly clinical waste or infection control.
