Leads strategic management of Sharpsmart’s largest NHS contract across six Trusts. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, contract governance, audits, performance reviews, service coordination, project road-mapping, savings and margin improvement, upselling, renewal preparation, proposal development, and subcontractor engagement. The role requires strong commercial judgment, relationship management, and familiarity with healthcare service environments, particularly clinical waste or infection control.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, billing, income and revenue activities, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement. Lead a finance team, advise senior leadership on performance and customer trends, develop policies and procedures, identify revenue improvement opportunities, support strategic planning, and collaborate with international finance managers.

Coordinates tender opportunities, bid submissions, and customer contract mobilisations. Responsibilities include maintaining trackers and documentation, organising meetings, monitoring actions and risks, coordinating pricing and procurement information, supporting Salesforce and Coupa updates, preparing compliance documents, and developing bid content, case studies, and evidence repositories. The role requires strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management, research, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
