Teams at Sharps Medical Waste Services

Supervises Sharps Technicians and daily medical waste service operations at healthcare facilities. Coordinates staffing, schedules, assignments, training, inventory, and service priorities; ensures safe handling and transportation of regulated waste; monitors compliance with company, customer, safety, and regulatory requirements; resolves customer concerns; maintains documentation; and provides hands-on technician support when needed.

Provides administrative and office support by managing correspondence, schedules, records, supplies, documents, data entry, meetings, onboarding, events, and minor office issues. Supports HR and operations teams while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, independence, teamwork, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.

Oversee transportation, facility, routing, warehouse, fleet, and regulated medical waste processing operations. Lead hiring, scheduling, training, safety, compliance, maintenance, quality control, customer setups, and issue resolution. Monitor KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance while coordinating with Dispatch, Sales, and internal teams. Maintain permits and regulatory compliance, ensure equipment readiness, and drive productivity and continuous improvement.
