Oversee transportation, facility, warehouse, routing, fleet, and regulated medical waste processing operations. Lead staffing, scheduling, training, safety, preventative maintenance, regulatory compliance, customer setups, service recovery, KPI reporting, budgeting, and P&L performance. Coordinate with Dispatch, Sales, and internal teams to maintain efficient, compliant operations and high customer service standards.

Regulatory Specialist responsible for maintaining compliance with environmental, medical and hazardous waste, DOT hazardous materials, Board of Pharmacy, and DEA requirements. Duties include managing permits and licenses, preparing for inspections, responding to agencies, updating policies and training, providing regulatory guidance, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining compliance records across multiple facilities and states. The role requires up to 25% travel.

Manage multi-site customer accounts, strengthen relationships, support regulated medical waste compliance audits, analyze performance data, deliver customer training, and identify operational, retention, cost-efficiency, and revenue-growth opportunities. Partner with Sales and Operations on business reviews, implementations, documentation, and service improvements. The role requires extensive travel throughout Louisiana, including occasional overnight stays, with travel expected 75% of the time.
