Develop and manage consumer product lines from concept through market launch. Responsibilities include defining product specifications, conducting user and competitive research, analyzing sales performance, identifying product opportunities, driving product improvements, partnering with engineering, marketing, testing, and quality teams, and serving as the product expert for cross-functional stakeholders.

Analyzes customer complaints, field failures, and product performance trends to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Coordinates cross-functional quality initiatives, supplier 8D responses, design reviews, CAPA processes, engineering changes, and product health reporting. Tracks consumer sentiment, leads issue-review meetings, maintains accountability, and presents recommendations to leadership. Supports continuous improvement and ensures products meet quality and customer experience expectations.

Owns sales strategy and growth for key Italian retail accounts, managing sales and margin targets, forecasting, promotions, negotiations, market analysis, competitive pricing, and online and in-store activities. The role represents SharkNinja brands, identifies incremental business opportunities, organizes trade shows and retail events, and collaborates with retailers to drive performance. Fluent Italian and English, consumer goods experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and at least seven years of sales experience are required.
