Lead SharkNinja's global Learning & Development practice and oversee US Talent Acceleration delivery. Build multimodal learning design, learning technology, measurement, and signature onboarding/leadership programs. Lead a matrixed US tX team, partner with business leaders, deliver regional execution, and prove learning impact through data while embedding AI-enabled approaches.

Leads product integrity, design assurance, verification and validation throughout new product development. Owns risk-based test plans, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, quality gates, root-cause investigations, CAPA, supplier corrective actions and production-readiness recommendations. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and suppliers to ensure product quality, safety, reliability and compliance. Analyzes test and field data, resolves design and process risks, and drives continuous improvement across consumer product programs.
