Own and execute organic social strategy for Instagram and TikTok: create, capture, edit, publish short-form content; drive follower growth, reach, and engagement; manage content calendar; brief and direct creators and contractors; track performance and report insights; support awareness and fundraising campaigns; film on-site at events and rescues.

Lead day-to-day operations at Hunts Point Terminal Market, manage staff and volunteers, ensure food safety and inventory control, grow and scale the Bronx program, build vendor and partner relationships, and support fundraising and reporting. Hands-on warehouse work and equipment operation required.

Manage daily office operations and facilities, supplies, events, and travel logistics while providing executive support to the COO (inbox triage, calendar management, correspondence, and project follow-up). Maintain vendor relationships, inventory systems, and hospitality for meetings and events; handle sensitive information with discretion and proactively improve processes.
