Integrate Microsoft APIs securely, establish scalable technical patterns, make architectural decisions, collaborate with Product and Design, and mentor teammates through code reviews. The role also emphasizes AI-assisted development with Claude and GitHub Copilot, technical risk management, and delivering high-quality migration experiences.

Own marketing attribution across HubSpot and HockeyStack, build campaign and funnel reporting, diagnose inbound and channel performance, and translate data into executive-ready investment recommendations. The role partners with marketing and RevOps leadership, governs UTM and lifecycle data, evaluates attribution models, and uses Claude to accelerate recurring analysis and decision-making.

Convert inbound interest and signups into qualified sales conversations for AEs. Qualify prospects consultatively, own product knowledge across ShareGate Protect and Migrate, use AI tools to accelerate outreach and pipeline management, and hand off context-rich opportunities while contributing process improvements to the SDR team.
