Teams at Shared Wellness

Provide in-home daily support to an adult with intellectual or developmental disabilities through shared living: meals, personal care, transportation, community activities, and occasional evening/weekend support. Providers live in the home, share routines, and help promote inclusion and independence. Training is provided.

Lead and develop a high-performing clinical department delivering person-centered behavior services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversee behavior support, compliance, quality improvement, staff development, crisis response, Human Rights Team processes, budgeting, and community partnerships while partnering with operations to ensure service quality and outcomes.
