Provides on-call shelter support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Engages participants, supports transitions to permanent housing, provides referrals, enforces policies, responds to crises and emergencies, maintains shelter safety and cleanliness, assists with meals, coordinates with volunteers and social service agencies, and documents activities in logs and HMIS. The role requires flexible availability for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO and leadership team while managing daily office operations. Responsibilities include confidential correspondence, executive liaison duties, board meeting coordination, meeting minutes, employee onboarding support, office supply and delivery management, equipment troubleshooting, and coordination of emergency facility services. The role is on-site for 32 hours weekly and requires attendance at monthly evening board meetings.

Provides advanced case management for individuals in permanent supportive housing and prevention programs. Responsibilities include housing navigation, individualized stability planning, lease and landlord support, behavioral health referrals, crisis planning, community-resource coordination, eligibility assessments, case documentation, reporting, benefits calculations, and conflict resolution. The role maintains an active caseload, supports housing retention, ensures contract compliance, and collaborates with clients, landlords, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Provides safety, engagement, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and housing support for people experiencing homelessness in shelters and supportive housing. Assists with goals, housing plans, basic needs, resource coordination, documentation, and emergency response. Maintains clean facilities, prepares meals on swing shifts, communicates with staff, and applies harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and confidentiality practices. This is an on-call role with variable shifts and no guaranteed hours.
