Lead full-cycle recruiting across 14 offices, developing sourcing and hiring strategies, workforce plans, candidate pipelines, and stakeholder partnerships. Manage assessments, interviews, offers, recruiting metrics, ATS records, candidate relationships, and compliance. Improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences while supporting hiring managers with market insights and compensation recommendations. The role requires hybrid attendance at least three days weekly and some travel or evening events.

Manages daily geotechnical laboratory operations, performs soils testing, maintains accreditation and equipment calibrations, processes and presents test data, ensures compliance with standards, and supervises lab technicians. The role also requires client and vendor communication, quality and safety compliance, independent work, physical labor, and travel to field sites and other offices.

Coordinates proposals, SF 330s, marketing collateral, CRM and Cosential data, business lead research, events, awards, press releases, and social media content. Supports proposal strategy, client and vendor communications, engineering documents, and reporting. Requires strong writing, organization, communication, computer, and marketing skills, plus willingness to travel between offices.
