Lead development and delivery of rock mechanics services: oversee field data collection, rock mass characterization, rockfall and slope stability analyses, tunnel and rock reinforcement design, instrumentation and monitoring, modeling and reporting, mentor staff, grow client relationships, and perform fieldwork.

Design, evaluate, and manage pavement systems for roads, airports, and parking facilities. Provide construction oversight, perform pavement condition surveys and analyses (FWD, GPR), prepare design reports and cost estimates, mentor junior engineers, coordinate with contractors and agencies, support business development, and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
