Assists the Operations Manager with retail store operations, staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, inventory control, cash and asset security, customer issue resolution, facilities coordination, compliance, technology support, and supply ordering. Supports office and shop personnel while helping improve customer service, sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Leads retail jewelry store sales by supervising, coaching, and developing sales staff; actively supports customer sales; partners with store leadership and visual merchandising; oversees store opening, closing, quality control, repairs, inventories, and operational processes. Requires face-to-face sales experience, at least two years managing or supervising others, strong communication, evening and weekend availability, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Sell fine jewelry through consultative, customer-focused conversations. Build lasting customer relationships, understand needs, recommend products, explain jewelry features and value, meet individual sales goals, follow up after purchases, and contribute to store success. The role includes ongoing product training, coaching, brand representation, and occasional support for newer team members. Evening and weekend availability is required.
